Our Leadership
Gil César Faria
Graduated in Computer Science from Unicamp and with a MBA in Human Resources at FIA. Works in IT since 1991, acting in development, consulting, training, quality, implementing centers of excellence and performance optimization in large companies.
Serial entrepreneur, founded in 2002 Inmetrics, a brazilian company specialized in IT efficiency, where acted at service delivery, structured Human Resources area and started his international career in 2010 consolidating the Chilean subsidiary.
Gil is the TruStep's main executive, where he leads all the company's services.
